This policy describes how UploadCenter ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our file storage and media infrastructure platform.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, password hash), organization and billing details, and the files you upload to the platform on behalf of your own users or applications. We do not inspect the content of private files except where required for security scanning (e.g. antivirus checks) or in response to a policy violation.

How we use information

To operate the service: authenticate you, process and deliver uploaded files, send transactional notifications (login alerts, billing, quota warnings), and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

Files remain stored until you delete them. Deleted files are held in a recoverable state for a limited retention window before permanent removal. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.

Security

Files are stored on encrypted infrastructure, uploads are scanned for malicious content before being served, and API access is scoped and revocable at any time.
