What happens if I go over a limit?
Storage enforcement blocks new uploads once you're at 100% — files you already have keep being delivered normally. AI generation requests are rejected with a clear error once the credit balance hits zero — buy more credits from billing settings and the very next request goes through, no plan change required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you already paid for.
Why are AI credits separate from storage?
Each AI generation has a real, per-call cost from the underlying provider — bundling it into a flat storage fee would mean everyone subsidizing the heaviest users. A dedicated credit balance keeps pricing honest, and since it's shared at the organization level, every project member can generate without needing their own subscription or card on file.
