These terms govern your use of UploadCenter. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to store or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains malicious code. Files flagged by security scanning are quarantined and may be reviewed.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per the interval shown at checkout. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to what you've already paid for.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
